Competitive Practice Drills

In his 25+ years coaching college basketball, Coach Weber has always been a part of a successful program. A staple with every program he has worked in have been competitive practice drills designed to get his players to play hard and to play to win. In this video, Weber demonstrates some of those key drills covering such areas as shooting, defense and offensive transition, defense, and end of practice situations. These drills are designed and taught in a manner to improve the competitive nature of practice.
